Brixton Pound: Digital strategy and roll-out

Brixton Pound is a boutique retail store in Williamstown wanting to reach a nation-wide audience.

For this project, I worked within an e-commerce platform to create a website which connected to the in-store inventory to ensure real-time stock levels. Over time, I analysed the user behaviour and web performance data to make strategic changes to improve the customer experience for visitors.

To promote the website offering, I used a combination of Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and Google Shopping PPC ads. As well as paid promotion, I created eDMs and social content to drive more traffic through to the online store.

My role; strategy, design, UI/UX, social content creation, in-store signage.
